About Lincoln House...

Lincoln House caters for Bed and Breakfast guests in a charming traditional Keswick guest house, situated a superb town centre location with magnificant views in all directions.

The guest house itself dates back to the late 1800's and we have 7 guest rooms available on a B&B basis, catering for a maximum of 14 people.

Our hearty Cumbrian Breakfast made using only the finest local produce will set you nicely for a day on the lake or on the fells - our homemade Cumberland sausage is our speciality. All our breakfast meats are supplied by traditional local butchers in Keswick. Vegetarians can also be catered for, but please warn us in advance.

We are conviently located close to Keswick town centre (2 minutes), but in a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk to the shores of Derwentwater.
